Do you take Insurance?

I provide weekly or monthly invoices, and ask our clients to submit their claim for insurance reimbursement.  Evaluations, progress updates and treatment notes are available.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions take place at my office, 441 West End Avenue, #1B,  New York, NY 10024. I also see clients in Margaretville, New York, in the Catskill Mountains. I am available for home visits.

Do you provide home programs?

Upon evaluation and treatment, you may be asked to follow through with a home program of exercises and activities to support the treatment sessions.

Are you available to participate in team/school meetings?

Yes.  In working with children, it is important for the team of practitioners to communicate well regarding the individualized educational goals of the child, so that we can support the overall objectives of the child's education.  I will make myself available to attend team meetings.

What is your cancellation policy?

Kindly inform me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment so that the time can be made available for another client.  Appointments cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Thank you for your consideration.
